From Fertility Patient to Fertility Coach

How five years of infertility, three years of IVF, and a lifelong love of reproductive science inspired my mission to help women over 40 navigate their own fertility journeys.

If you're here, chances are you're navigating one of the hardest journeys of your life. I want you to know something right away—you don't have to do it alone.

Hi there, I’m Lisa!

Here's the short story of my journey:

My husband and I started trying to conceive when I was 40 years old. We tried on our own for a while and realized that was not working. We then started IVF at 43 years old and spent the next three years navigating DOR (diminished ovarian reserve), endometriosis, seven egg retrievals, eleven embryo transfers, multiple pregnancy losses, and more failed cycles than I can count.

Finally, after five years of infertility, my journey led me to my son. Now, I'm passionate about helping other women navigate IVF with knowledge, confidence, and hope.

My Journey by the Numbers:

  • 43 - the age I started IVF

  • 5 years - battling infertility

  • 3 years - undergoing IVF treatments

  • 3 - surgeries to find and treat endometriosis

  • 7 - egg retrieval cycles

  • 61 - total eggs collected

  • 11 - embryo transfer procedures

  • 19 - total embryos transferred

  • Multiple - pregnancy losses

  • Countless - injections, blood draws, medications, supplements, and time waiting

  • Thousands - of dollars spent on trying to get pregnant

  • 46 - the age I gave birth

  • 1 Miracle - my perfect son

After my first baby was born:

  • 1 more year - preparing for another IVF cycle

  • 1 more embryo - transferred

  • 7 months - pregnant with my second baby (as of Sept 2026)

  • 48 - the age I will be at the birth of my second baby

Those numbers tell part of my story. The rest is about resilience, hope, and discovering that even in the hardest seasons, you don't have to walk the journey alone.

You don’t have to navigate IVF alone.

Whether you’re preparing for your first cycle, facing another retrieval or transfer, navigating IVF over 40, or simply feeling overwhelmed by all the decisions along the way, I’m here to help.
